God created science and technology so that you could discover it?

I never understood why the bible doesn't speak to much towards science but a lot towards morals and things that aren't as important. It's common sense not to kill, steal etc. However, it's not common sense to know things like Quantum physics etc. unless we are taught which the bible doesn't really talk about. So the important things we need to learn in order to prosper as a society the bible won't talk about but not sleeping with your neighbors daughter that they have to talk about.
