Is this a good trade for me?

it's not a good trade he's just trading u players that have been doing well, doumit and nady are worthless, in the end they will be terrible. However, if u need a good outfielder like crawford, u should do it because crawford for atkins and mauer is close. Just to warn u, paulino is used at catcher alot. so doumit wont be used much. SO if u can get a good catcher, like napoli is solid. then u should do it.
