Should the AFL conduct an inquiry into the behaviour of the Carlton FC - just as they did to the WC Eagles?

They should conduct an inquiry into the behaviour of Carlton, I mean no ones perfect but if the AFL are that strict on West Coast shouldnt carlton recieve the same treatment? I rest my case.
