I believe I am being stalked, watched and threatened. What can I do to have this stopped before they hurt me.

I believe that my brother, or a retired police officer who my brother is friends with are having me followed. They want me dead and they want my mother to die as well. My brother and his friend at the nursing home threw my father down 13 concrete steps at the home and walked away and now my mother is being abused but no one caes. When I get to the home they tell each other that I am there. They hate me becauise they know I am the one who knows about my father. My mother they have punched, cut her hand, left her alone and she fell, and my poor mother suffered a broken neck after my brother hired a nurse to drug her. What can I do about this and no one cares a fig. My mother and I want to hire a private detective but it is too much money but we are so scared we want to run away. My mother has had her teeth thrown out, her hearing aides lost, and her walker gone. They are at each corner, they say things about me and have slandered me and degraded me totally. Help.
