Should US give business to these Middle Eastern Countries instead of China?

Countries like Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, Libya, Bahrain, and possibly Syria in the future. Instead of getting Chinese to manufacture products for US and world, get these arab countries to work, you ask why. Because like Marshall plan for Europe after WW2, it gets these new democracies on track and economically running before things get much worse. It makes friends with them, winning support and quelling Terrorism and anger, employed youth are happy youth. It cools the Chinese down and their fast growth and muscle flexing. I'd say its a win win for every body. America gets the products, takes care of terrorism and takes care of Chinese threat to some degree. What do you think?
