Three years ago I was supposed to co sign on a car for a friend. I ended up being the primary signer.?

Now my and my friend are no longer friends. She has so many tickets on the car its on the boot list, because my car my name is on the title my car is on the boot list also. When the car was purchased she made the down payments and has made some payments since, but she never pays her car notes on time, this is affecting my credit in a very negative way Im for sure that she does not have insurance and has stop paying the notes. What do I do in this situation. Do I have a right to take the car from her or im a screwed because she made the payments????? Help!!!!!!
