Pregnant and clotramizole pessary to treat thrush.... now im leaking!?

Hi im 31 weeks pregnant and last night i decided to use one of the the clotramizole tablets when i got into bed. So i've woken up this morning and felt really wet down there sorry if it's to much info..... went to the toilet and noticed i wasn't only wet in my underwear but on my pj bottoms too. I also have a a bad back (but that could be just from laying in a funny position) also my tummy is very tight this morning). I have called my midwife who said don't worry about it unless your getting regular tightenings but i'm still a little worried! Has anyone had this.... i have used the pessary before in my last pregnancy and not in pregnancy and have never leaked fluid like that! Ow i should mention i smelled the fluid and it did not smell like anything! Is it normal?! x
