Are my fish happy and healthy? (kind of long)?

No. Those are common goldfish, they don't need 10 gallons each. They need more like 75 gallons for a single fish and 30 gallons more for each additional fish. Fish do not live in bowls. They may live another week or month, but when you compare that to the 20 years they could live in a proper set up it is pretty sad.
