Casting collective - are they legit?

Hi there, I've been thinking about becoming an extra for movies and tv etc. I came across casting collective but I notice on their site they ask for your National Insurance number when you are applying. Are they a legit company? I have heard good things about them but I'm a bit unsure about having to put your NI number online when applying? Anyone have any experiences with this company? Thanks! E.
