Different kinds of weed?

Ok, their are two kinds of the cannabis plant (marijuana). Their is cannabis sativa and cannabis indica (and cannabis ruderalis which is not usually ever recreational smoked), cannabis sativa is a mind high while cannabis indica is a body high. Over the years the two plants have been cross breeded to get both the indica and sativa qualities. Some plants may be 75% sativa 25% indica or 50/50 for instance. The next factor is the amount of THC found in the plant. Supposedly "Skunk" is grown to contain around 50% THC while most common herb you may buy may have 10-20%+ depending on its type of course. The upside about high THC containing bud is you will need to smoke less of it and thats less smoke in your lungs.
