GAME.co.uk, is not delivering on time?

I Pre-ordered LA Noire from Game on Monday, and it hasnt arrived and it came out yesterday, my friend had a similar problem with Brink, it was released May 13th, its May 21st and game hasnt been delivered! it says despatched, so is it the posts fault or is GAME having problems lately?
