Help :( !!! i pierced my nose 1 month ago..today i got a big white pimple on the hole which is painfull?

i have to go to a big party on saturday :( i know it can happen on the piercing,its common but why the hell it happened today :( :( how can i get rid of it early before saturday ? is it due to infection ? i have put neosporin last night before sleeping cause i felt its not perfectly healed and the area was reddish since 1 week.. is it because of that ? shall i start taking antibiotics to get rid of the infection ? shall i put neosporin ? please help me !!! i want to get rid of it at any cost before saturday :( :(
