Why should we give Sudan & Kuwait money?

I have a debate in my Social Studies cl, and I have to come up with three more questions on why we should give Kuwait and Sudan our money. My first question is "What would be the cost of American Soldiers if the U.S. fought the Janjaweed, what would be the expected losses?"
