Do you think i should tell him or try to get him to tell me if he is bi ual or gay?

ok so same person as my last question but i forgot to add that he came over and we played video games together for 24 hours then we both layed down on my bed ( fully dressed) and started to talk then both of us just crashed laying right next to each other. i had a dream that same night that me and him where like snuggling. ( idk if this was real or my mind just imaging it). i woke up first and we where right next to each other on the bed like in my dream. we where still dressed. i got up from the bed and the bed made a noise and woke him up. he looked at me and said "did we just sleep in the same bed?" .. i responed saying " ya we both layed down then crashed on the bed." then he started talking and trying to hide behind his word saying like im not gay and we didnt do anything did we. i dont remember the whole conversation. i was a little happy and thinking about how much i liked him. what should i do now im so confused cause every time we get close to doing anything he defends himself with words and calls me gay and *** i dont like it but im not going to stop him from using them. i personally think he just uses the words so he can put up a front so that i dont think he is gay. or maybe he just cant except himself being bi ual or gay. idk what are your thoughts
