I am on Section *, do I qualify for other grants besides Pell's?

Ok my family is on all the State Aid there is except my husband(common Law) is trying to get diasability (SSI) so we have $0 income EXCEPT the $81 I recieve to benefit my 11yr old Granddaughter is there somekind of grant or other financial aid in TEXAS that will help me with weekly/monthly expenses (just the bacsi Toilet paper, laundry, gas to school etc) out there that wont mess up my Food Stamp, TANF, Medicaid and Housing situation? I am currently enrolled in Tech. School as a Pjharmacy Tech but would like to change to Medical isting course please help hurry
